Occupied Wall Street Journal, Issue 3

Here it is! The third issue of The Occupied Wall Street journal has hit the streets. You can read it here.

Update, 10/25/11: There’s now an official website where you can read The Occupied Wall Street Journal: occupiedmedia.org.

Three quick notes:

1. The paper is so new I don’t have a good-quality PDF of it, just a rough version I made by photographing the paper. If a better quality file becomes available, I’ll link to it.

2. As I’ve said before, I have no involvement with the newspaper. I just pick it up off the street and share it. The editors of the paper deserve all the credit, criticism and input about it. You can reach them at occupymedia@gmail.com or through their Kickstarter page. For more information about who’s in charge of this publication, I recommend this WNYC article about the Occupied Wall Street Journal staff.

3. I know sharing PDF files with Scribd is a poor user experience. I’m sorry. I just don’t have the bandwidth to host a file this big myself. (It would slow down this whole blog and nobody would be able to read it.) Thanks for your understanding.

Without further ado: Download the Occupied Wall Street Journal issue 3 PDF from Scribd or see it embedded below.

Is there a subscription where I can get this sent to my house?

    • dean says:

I don’t think you can get a subscription for these. As far as I know, they are printed out from donated funds at these protest sites. You can print them out on your printer for now. They might deliver in the future, but who knows.

    Yay! Edition III!

How to do we get these into libraries and universities all over??

–the other pdf’s don’t print so well ~12 pages of 8.5×11″ is printed to 4 pages.

  3. Dave says:

I can’t get the horrible scribd interface to work right, and I’m sure I’m not the only one with the problem. If bandwidth is a problem, why don’t you (or anyone reading this) just put the PDF in a torrent as an alternative? Thanks.
